The Maddy Institute
The Maddy Institute provides selected San Joaquin Valley students with up to $7,000 in scholarships to intern in local, state, and federal legislative offices in Washington, D.C., Sacramento, and throughout the Valley. Your donation will allow a San Joaquin Valley student to experience the legislative process firsthand and set them on the path of public service for the Valley—whether that be in government, business or a non-profit organization.
Over the last 25 years, nearly 600 students have benefitted from these scholarships and gone on to make a difference in their communities as policy makers, legislative staff, judges, attorneys, elected officials, as well as nonprofit and business leaders.
