Craig School of Business

The Craig School of Business educates and inspires a diverse student body and supports sustainable, inclusive economic development in Central California and beyond. Founded in 1928, the Craig School is recognized for high-quality, cost-effective education that transforms students’ lives, with a strong emphasis on learning through practical experience. Sixty to seventy percent of Craig students are the first generation in their families to attend university, and the Craig School plays a unique, outsized role in helping students get ahead economically. The Craig School empowers future business leaders to embark on successful careers and provides intellectual resources for Central California businesses.

Craig Business Associates - Community Partners

The Craig Business Associates provide ongoing financial support for student and faculty success, including competitions, awards, research, internships, and faculty projects. In addition, it supports business community outreach in areas like small businesses, family businesses, real estate, and entrepreneurship.

Student-Managed Investment Fund

The Student-Managed Investment Fund allows students to learn finance hands-on through managing a portfolio of over $8 million in assets. Your support will get students to the Global Portfolio Competition in New York, where Fresno State is a top competitor, and upgrade business terminal equipment in the Craig School of Business trading room.

Career Readiness

The most crucial skill taught in business education is landing that first job. Your support will prepare students with the confidence and professional presentation skills to wow interviewers and start their careers right.

Gender and Leadership Student Cohort

The G.A.L. Student Cohort connects business students with experienced professionals in the community to provide mentorship on negotiating challenges in the workplace. Your support will help students develop the confidence and skills to advocate for themselves in their careers.
