Jan and Bud Richter Center for Community Engagement and Service-Learning

Established in 2007, The Jan and Bud Richter Center for Community Engagement and Service-Learning operates under the knowledge that students realize unique personal, professional, and academic benefits when involved in service to others. With a mission to create a better community by blending service with learning, the Richter Center has supported Fresno State students, faculty and staff in providing more than 1 million hours of service to the Valley each year for the past 15 years. That equates to approximately $57 million in economic impact each year.

Your gift will help engage thousands of Fresno State students in academically, personally, and professionally meaningful service such as literacy programs for young children, service leadership programs, and projects with hundreds of nonprofit agencies in the Central Valley.
