Missed Fresno State Day of Giving? You can still be a champion of student success!

Lyles College of Engineering

As the oldest publicly-supported engineering college in the San Joaquin Valley, engineering at Fresno State was initiated in 1922 with just 35 students. In 1979, geomatics became the first program of its kind in the United States and continues to be the only four-year, nationally-accredited program in California. For a century, Lyles College graduates have propelled this region forward through innovation and design, succeeding in both public and private sectors, as presidents and CEOs, engineers, constructors, astronauts, innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs and more.

Student Success Fund

Student success extends beyond the classroom and course grades – it also includes experiential learning through professional networking, conference presentations, project development and hands-on research. Your generous gift to any of our four Academic Departments, (Civil & Geomatics Engineering, Construction Management, Computer & Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) will support student projects and research. It will also provide financial support to students who conduct research and develop projects in their disciplines as a team with their fellow students and alongside faculty mentors.
