Fresno State Central Funds
The President's Circle for Excellence
The President’s Circle for Excellence directly supports students in their pursuit of a higher education. Your gift of $1,000 or more supports essential programs that remove barriers students face — things that we may take for granted, like the need for food, access to technology or financial means when facing a short-term setback.
Fresno State Annual Fund
The annual fund gives a boost to programs and projects needing a little “extra fuel.” Your gift helps students with scholarship support, leadership development and learning experiences that prepare them to serve and lead in the communities where they will work and live.
Jan and Bud Richter Center for Community Engagement and Service-Learning
The Richter Center's mission is to create a better community through blending service with learning. Partner with us to support the approximately 1.5 million hours of service Fresno State provides to the Valley each year -- as well as the academic and personal enrichment that results from this work. By partnering with us, your gift will help engage thousands of Fresno State students in academically, personally, and professionally meaningful service such as literacy programs for young children, service leadership programs, and projects with hundreds of nonprofit agencies in the Central Valley.
Smittcamp Family Honor's College
Established in 1999, the Smittcamp Family Honors College is recognized as one of the top programs of its kind in the western United States. This highly selective program provides unique learning opportunities for academically-accomplished and highly-motivated students. Over 90% of scholars come from the four-county areas of Fresno, Tulare, Kings, and Madera. Your donation will support 200 annual President's Honors Scholarship awards, helping to ensure the future of our program. After graduation, the majority of our alumni choose to make the Central Valley their home, not only contributing to the overall economic growth of California, but addressing and solving issues specific to our Central Valley.
