Since 1911, the University has grown to impact every facet of our region. With roots dating back to the graduating class of 1912, the Fresno State Alumni Association has served more than 300,000 graduates and thousands of others who have benefitted from a Fresno State educational experience. With 80% of graduates staying in the Valley to live, work and serve, Fresno State alumni power every industry in our region. Their success is a testament to the value of a Fresno State degree and ways in which the University directly drives opportunity, social mobility, and regional growth.
Your gifts create opportunities to engage and celebrate alumni. It allows the Alumni Association to connect Bulldog alumni with students to provide them with inspiration and a powerful framework for enhancing their professional success that has a lasting impact on them and the communities they serve.
Alumni chapters and clubs are able to continue to build on the FSAA’s mission “to inspire, engage, and celebrate alumni to support student success.” Through ongoing engagement opportunities, these volunteer lead alumni groups that connect alumni to their alma mater, raise money to support student scholarships.
For the 2022-23 academic year, the FSAA is awarding more than $200,000 in scholarships. We are a leader among all of the 23 alumni associations of the California State University system in annual student scholarship giving.
The Victor E. Bulldog Fund supports Fresno State’s furry, four-legged mascot. It has allowed him to make over 400 appearances throughout campus and the community since arriving in June 2015. Victor E. brings that “Bulldog Spirit” to students, alumni and friends across California.
